Sour cream (1/4 cup / 57 g)
Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Semi-sweet chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
Cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)

Instructions

Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl to form crust
Press crust into a greased springform or pie dish, chilling for 15-30 minutes if desired
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
Fold in sour cream and vanilla extract
Incorporate chocolate chips and cocoa powder until well-combined
Pour filling into prepared crust
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight
